About Me

I’m a designer who thinks strategically about how services and systems can work better for people. I got my start in design as a creative and my curiosity evolved along the way to embrace the service design framework.

Whether it’s a product, process, or service experience, I like for a thing to work well for its intended audience. I’ve built things at multiple scales, from a single branded piece to a full creative department to a couple of brands of my own. From reimagining customer experiences to designing for sustainable impact, my work is always rooted in improving how people connect with the world around them.

Outside of design I’m a wellness nerd and audiobook junkie who enjoys the outdoors, staying active, crafting and creating.
